Handicap Committee Chairman position filled

Rounds down for the year 5% to budget, down 8% vs 2010

Discussion of 2012 tournaments Matt asked we be prepared to decide at the next meeting in Oct

Robie: greens punched 09/06/2011 overseeding week of 9/13

Discussion of overseeding driving range, it was recommended that we go ahead with this overseeding

Course is stressed because of heat, risk of winter kill is higher thus

Sodded 20, 21 tee boxes

Going to sod 19^th green week of 9/13, temporary green for two months 80 yards short of green

Have full supply of fans for greens

Reconstruction of Ranch Clubhouse expected to take 6 to 8 weeks

Trent is new Chairman of Golf Committee
